Inquiries and any event arrangements
An inquiry is not a booking. An email, telephone call, social message, or form submission when the web form is enabled does not reserve a place, confirm participation, or establish suitability. A form confirmation and reference mean the inquiry was saved for Oswal and Joanne to review and reply, not that an email was sent or the message was read. A reservation or reply is not guaranteed.
Form inquiries are stored in a site-dedicated schema in our self-hosted Supabase database with restricted access, not published in a public list. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or trigger an automatic email. The Privacy Policy explains the information stored and your choices.
Calendar entries contain published information and may change or be cancelled. A blank calendar means no dates have been published here; it is not a statement about all private arrangements. Confirm availability, location, dates, costs, participation requirements, and cancellation terms directly before making travel or other commitments.
The website does not register participants, accept payments, or collect waivers. Any separate arrangements are governed by what is expressly agreed for them, not by an assumption that browsing or contacting us creates a reservation.
Keep initial communications to general questions. Do not send health histories, medical records, medication information, or other sensitive personal details through the form, email, or social messages.

It also covers analytics and session-replay services loaded through Google Tag Manager, hosting and security information, and the separate handling of direct email and social communications. There are no website accounts. Please read the policy before choosing what to share.
Changes and questions
These terms may change as the website changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Any change to website terms does not by itself change a separate arrangement already agreed directly.
